Sandy was a 21-pound miniature poodle who helped establish ZimmDoodles from nearly the beginning. His passing on October 4th, 2024, marked the end of an era for our program.
Sandy's Legacy:

Jasper's Achievements:

- Provided many puppies to other programs outside ZimmDoodles
- Known for passing on his beautiful red coloring
- Majority of his offspring inherited his stunning coat color
Current Status: Enjoying retirement after a successful breeding career that significantly contributed to both our program and others.
His Genetic Gift: Jasper's beautiful red coloring became his signature, with most of his puppies inheriting this gorgeous trait that families love.
The Jasper Legacy: Through his son Drew and his many red offspring, Jasper's genetics continue to bring joy to families across multiple breeding programs.

Nala's Story:
- Born at ZimmDoodles - daughter of Sandy & Annie
- Mother to our beloved Drew (ZimmDoodles In Every Splash He Brings Pure Joy)
- Had one litter before we realized motherhood wasn't her calling
- Grandmother Annie stepped in to raise Nala's puppies
- Retired early to live as a cherished guardian home companion
Current Status: Thriving in retirement in her guardian home, where she can focus on being a beloved family pet without breeding responsibilities.
Her Legacy: Though motherhood wasn't Nala's passion, she gave us Drew - proof that sometimes one special puppy is all it takes to make a lasting impact on our program.
The Right Choice: Recognizing that breeding isn't for every dog, we retired Nala early so she could live her happiest life as a pampered family companion.
