Cockapoo Pricing Information

Toy cockapoos are just as healthy as our miniatures, but they need extra support during their first 3 weeks to get a strong start in life. Due to their smaller birth weight (toy puppies typically weigh around 120 grams at birth compared to miniature puppies at 230 grams), toy puppies require additional support to maintain body temperature and energy levels during those crucial first weeks. While all our puppies receive the same level of care and access to specialized equipment when needed (including incubators), toy cockapoos typically require:

• More frequent use of incubators for temperature regulation
• Oxygen equipment for respiratory support when needed
• Nebulizers for airway care
• Intensive around-the-clock monitoring during their early development
• Extended hands-on intervention during critical early development

After the first 3 weeks, toy puppies develop just like our miniatures - they can rough house, play, and thrive normally. However, those crucial first 3 weeks require significantly more intensive care and monitoring to ensure they get the strong start they need.

Both our toy and miniature cockapoos receive the same high-quality veterinary care, socialization, and love - the difference in pricing is purely due to the additional specialized care requirements during the early weeks for toy-sized puppies.
